Good to know
We do have a fantastic new fire pit out front to enjoy the great outdoors! This brand new home is a 1200 square foot 3 bedroom 2 bath home with plenty of space for family or friends to relax after exploring all Dahlonega has to offer. The living room is spacious and comfortable. The master bedroom has a king bed, an en suite bathroom, and a large closet. The other bedrooms share a bathroom- one bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds. This space would’ve perfect for a large family, two couples, two families traveling together, girls trips, cycling and/hiking destination trip. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you would need to cook a meal- although you might prefer dining at one of the many awesome restaurants on the historic square. The backyard is fenced in so you can bring your dog with you. Dahlonega is a very pet-friendly town with lots of restaurants with outdoor seething and a upscale pet boutique on the square. We just installed a Tesla charger!

There is a driveway with ample parking. It is located in a residential neighborhood only 2.5 miles from the historic square. You’ll need a car to get around or call Mama’s Taxi if you want to winery hop! Once on the square you can walk to many shops and restaurants.
